First Visit
On the first visit, you’ll find our office to be comfortable and pleasant. If you complete the necessary forms prior to your arrival, you will have minimal wait time before meeting privately with the doctor.
When you meet with the doctor, they will listen to your concerns and gather the essential information needed to proceed with an evaluation. The doctor will then decide how best to proceed in terms of “next steps.” You may be asked to have x-rays taken, blood drawn, or the doctor may proceed to provide treatment or “chiropractic first aide.” If additional information is required to proceed, rest assured the doctor will explain the reasons why. If you have recent x-ray studies or lab tests, please bring them with you to your visit. You may or may not be treated on the first visit: the doctor makes that decision.
When the visit is finished, our personal staff will coordinate a follow-up visit. Your first visit will last about one hour, assuming you are on time and your forms are completed.
If you are considerably late to your visit or if you do not have the forms completed when you arrive and we fall behind, the doctor may ask that you reschedule so no one feels rushed or substandard care is provided.
We will explain what services we have to offer you!
Second Visit
On your second visit, we will explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.
All processes in life require time and the healing process is no different. On your second visit, the doctor will give you his best impression of what is causing you to experience your primary complaints, how long it will take to get you through the recovery process, and outline the costs associated with your care.
Every patient case is different. Some cases require less time than others, and the doctor will do his best to provide you with the information you need to make your decision on treatment. Rest assured, we will explain everything and answer any questions you may have
Regular Visits
Avoid relapse with regular spinal hygiene!
A standard visit with your doctor is approximately 15 minutes long. You will receive an evaluation, the appropriate treatment, and instruction on home care or lifestyle modification to accelerate your recovery.
The doctor is a great educator and will challenge you to “do your part” to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. Our end product is a person who has fully recovered from their injury, is well educated about their chronic or permanent condition and how we can co-manage it best over time, and one who is so pleased with their experiences that they refer their family and friends to our office to help improve their health and well-being!
We recognize your time is valuable. We will do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.
