The following is a list of the insurances that are accepted in our office. Please note, even if we take your insurance, we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to confirm your insurance benefits and eligibility for chiropractic care (i.e., deductible, copay/co-insurance, pre-authorization, etc.). If you have an insurance that we don’t take, please ask about our cash payment program and associated fees.
